Ordering Conditions for Ready Stock

  • No minimum order quantity (MOQ) required.
  • A minimum total order value of ₹8,000 is necessary.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

Customization & Live Video Call Facility

  • Need help selecting colors? Our team offers live video calls to assist you in choosing the perfect shades.
  • We also provide live product display on video calls before packaging and dispatch.

Order Placement Process

  1. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. You will not be charged anything upon Checkout. You will just receive a Order form for approval,
  3. Our team will send you an estimate for approval.
  4. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
  5. A live product display session will be scheduled before packaging.
  6. Final invoice including packaging and GST charges will be shared.
  7. Once full payment is received, we proceed with dispatch.
  8. Shipping charges are to be paid upon delivery.

Packaging & GST Details

Packaging Options

We offer two packaging choices:

  1. Carton Packaging with Scrap packing – ₹110 per carton.
  2. Carton Packaging with Bubble Wrap & EPP Foam – ₹250 per carton.
  3. Carton Packaging with Inner carton with Bubble Wrap or Foam – (Export packaging). – ~20% of the Product cost.
    • Damage Protection: If a product is damaged during transit, free replacement is available only for orders with premium / Export packaging (Bubble Wrap) – ONLY ON SHARING UPACKING VIDEO within 24 hours of receiving of Shipment. No replacements for any other packaging.

GST Charges

  • GST: 12% / 18%(applicable on all orders).
  • Shipping costs are estimated until the final weight is confirmed by our logistics partner.
